Orders & Logistics

How does the first order work?

Register on the website, choose a pickup time and enter your address. We'll deliver collection bags and during the first pickup, we'll agree on a regular schedule. Takes less than 5 minutes to set up.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Standard pickups: at least 12 hours in advance. Express (12-hour turnaround) available in Prague districts 1–5 if ordered before 10:00.

Do you work weekends and holidays?

Yes. We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. No surcharge for weekends or public holidays.

My guest left early and I need laundry urgently — what do I do?

Call or message us — if we have capacity, we'll arrange an express pickup. Express 12h available in Prague at +50% surcharge.

Can you collect from multiple addresses?

Yes — we specialise in property managers with multiple properties. We consolidate routes and offer monthly invoicing.

Quality & Safety

What temperature do you wash at?

Standard is 60°C — hygienically safe for linen and towels. Delicate materials (merino, satin) washed at 30–40°C by agreement.

What detergents do you use?

Exclusively hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested, phosphate-free detergents. Safe for guests with sensitive skin or allergies.

What if linen comes back damaged or is lost?

We inspect every item at pickup and after washing. If anything is damaged during our process, we replace it or reimburse. Full details in our terms.

How do you pack clean linen?

Each set is packed and ready to use — just unwrap and make the bed. We use reusable bags, not single-use plastic.

Payments & Invoicing

How do I pay?

By card online at checkout, or monthly invoice for property managers (B2B).

Is monthly invoicing available?

Yes, for clients with regular orders we offer monthly consolidated invoices with VAT.

What's the minimum order?

€20.

Linen Rental

What exactly do I get with the linen rental program?

A full set of quality linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases), towels and bathroom essentials. Hotel grade, regularly refreshed.

Do I need to buy collection bags?

No. We provide all bags and packaging.

What if linen gets worn or damaged?

Replacement of worn items is included in the linen rental plan. Non-standard damage (iron burns, permanent stains) handled case by case.

Can I cancel linen rental anytime?

Yes. No penalties, one month's notice required.
